The next step of the Winnetka Downtown Master Plan provess is considering the extent to which Village zoning and development regulations secure desirable business and development in the commercial districts (Downtown Elm, Hubbard Woods and Indian Hill). The Master Plan will consider five aspects of regulations: 1) The Zoning Entitlement Process, 2) Overlay, 3) Design Review, 4) Parking and 5) Signs.
Everyone who attends will have an opportunity to voice their ideas and feedback following Steering Committee discussion.
